The role supports community events and resident engagement, with required weekend shifts and after-hours availability for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or customer-facing sales experience.
• Able to work full-time with rotating weekday hours.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Customer service and product knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of unit options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and guests.
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Close the sale of new apartment homes and prepare lease paperwork.
• Enter information into internal resident database.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities.
