Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property and drive leasing success. You will greet guests, present apartment homes, explain options, and close leases while maintaining top-tier customer service and strong knowledge of the community.

This full-time role requires weekday hours Monday–Friday with weekend coverage and after-hours events for residents. Olympus offers growth opportunities, tuition support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents
• Providing exemplary customer service to residents and guests
• Greeting visitors in a warm, courteous, professional manner
• Maintaining knowledge of the property and its units
• Closing leases and preparing paperwork for move-ins
• Utilizing sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explain details of unit options and variations
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and prospects
• Greet visitors warmly and professionally
• Close the sale and prepare lease paperwork for move-ins
• Maintain knowledge of the property and enter data accurately
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities
