Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, greet guests and guide them through leasing. You will explain unit options, provide outstanding customer service, and help prospective residents select homes they’ll love.

You’ll close sales, prepare lease paperwork, and enter data into our resident database, while coordinating resident events and partnering with local businesses to drive traffic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role in hospitality/retail/restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of unit options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional manner.
• Close the sale and prepare lease paperwork.
• Enter information into internal resident database.
