Job summary

Olympus Property in California seeks an experienced Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and lead the leasing team. You will implement policies, guide leasing plans, and act as the face of the property for guests, prospects, residents, and vendors.

Responsibilities include training staff, creating follow-up systems, preparing traffic reports and market surveys, showing apartments, and delivering exemplary customer service. Flexible hours and growth opportunities supported by Olympus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant.
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite experience preferred.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM with after-hours flexibility.
• Proven ability to lease and show apartment homes.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and marketing strategies by implementing policies and leasing plans.
• Lead the training and development of the leasing staff.
• Motivate and hold your team accountable; create follow-up systems for calls/emails.
• Prepare traffic reports and record leases, move-ins and move-outs; prepare market surveys.
• Show apartments and close sales; deliver exemplary customer service to residents.
