You’ll greet visitors, prepare leases, process applications, and support renewals while upholding Fair Housing and company policies. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Proficient in MS Office and community software (Yardi).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria; record visits in reports.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Process applications, credit checks, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate guest cards and availability reports.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
