Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Operate telephone, computer, and MS Word/MS Outlook.
• Positive attitude and professionalism throughout the day.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and file guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
