Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, retention, and occupancy at the community with a strong focus on resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, and manage lease paperwork while maintaining accurate records and ensuring Fair Housing compliance.

The role requires customer-service experience, English proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Two years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by asking questions and reviewing guest cards.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards according to procedures.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Update availability reports and process applications for approval.
