Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals, and resident relations. You will interact with prospective residents to maximize occupancy, ensure a smooth move-in, and maintain meticulous records of traffic and leasing activity.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, sales sense, and familiarity with leasing processes. A high school diploma is required, with preference for prior leasing experience and experience using Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, tours, and lease documentation; complete move-in paperwork and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and communicate move-in/out needs with maintenance.
