Job summary

LyvWell Apartments LLC is seeking a energetic Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, tour communities, and guide applicants from first contact to move-in. You will manage leads in CRM, schedule tours, and demonstrate apartment homes while highlighting community amenities and local perks.

The role requires high energy, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in sales and customer service, achieving sales goals.
• Familiarity with property management or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license where property requires.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched customer service to prospects and residents and nurture satisfaction.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience to simplify renting.
• Manage inbound leads and execute CRM tasks to drive occupancy.
• Schedule tours and show apartments to convert interest into leases.
• Process applications, screenings, and lease documents for move-ins.
