LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, schedule tours, and guide applicants through the lease process at our Mesa community. You will manage leads in CRM, coordinate tours, and encourage online applications while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes achieving occupancy targets, building rapport with residents, and collaborating with onsite teams. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience; leasing experience helpful.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Schedule tours and show apartments; collect applications and move-ins.
• Maintain CRM leads, respond to inquiries via calls, emails, chats, and texts; meet occupancy goals.
