LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to build rapport with prospects and residents, manage leads, and schedule tours. You will drive occupancy, explain leasing options, and ensure a smooth move-in process across the community.

The role requires strong communication, a sales mindset, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Prior leasing and CRM experience is preferred but not always required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous leasing experience in multifamily property management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process to make renting easy.
• Schedule tours and show apartments to generate new leases.
• Manage leads and customer experience using the CRM.
• Complete move-in procedures and paperwork.
