Zusammenfassung

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and rent growth. You will manage leads, schedule tours, and show apartments, delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating applications and move-ins.

You will work with the onsite team to meet occupancy goals, maintain knowledge of community amenities, and stay current on rental rates and promotions. This role includes weekend availability and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments (property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• 1–2 years of leasing experience in multifamily properties is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws; Fair Housing compliance.

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents; guide through leasing experience.
• Lead informative tours and show apartments to generate new leases.
• Manage leads in CRM; qualify prospects; schedule tours; complete move-in procedures and paperwork.
