Job summary

LyvWell Apartments in San Diego is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help prospects find their home. You will manage tours, explain property amenities, and guide applicants through the leasing process to secure leases.

You will use our CRM to manage leads, schedule tours, and process applications and move-ins while delivering exceptional customer service. This on-site role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws and leasing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospects through the leasing process and close leases.
• Manage leads and schedule tours using the CRM.
• Assist with move-in documents and lease paperwork.
