Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in sales and customer service in fast‑paced environments.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Lead guided tours and show apartments to generate new leases.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move‑in.
• Maintain CRM records and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Collaborate with onsite team to meet occupancy goals and promote property amenities.
