Job summary

LyvWell Apartments LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome visitors, nurture prospects, and move them toward leasing decisions. You will manageCRM leads, schedule tours, and guide applicants through the online process to find a home at one of our communities.

Responsibilities include providing outstanding service, explaining leasing terms, coordinating move‑in paperwork, and collaborating with the on‑site team to achieve occupancy goals. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license depending on property.
• Must adhere to Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.
• Must be high energy with sales aptitude.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience to make renting easy.
• Schedule tours and show apartments; process applications and move‑ins.
• Manage leads in CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with onsite team to exceed occupancy goals and promotions.
