Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is hiring Leasing Consultants to attract and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will manage leads, schedule tours, and close leases while ensuring exceptional customer service and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Previous leasing experience in multifamily property management is a plus.
• Must follow Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospects and residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Conduct informative and personalized property tours, highlighting features and promotions to close leases.
• Manage leads and enrollment activities in the CRM; schedule tours and follow-ups.
• Process applications, screenings, leases and move-in paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of communities, rates, promotions, and local competitors.
