Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, and you will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

You will conduct tours, close sales, prepare paperwork, and support retention programs while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA standards. This is a safety-sensitive, full-time on-site role in a dynamic, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
