Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage property leasing and administration onsite. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, sign leases, and complete all required paperwork.

Regular onsite attendance is expected to ensure smooth operations and exceptional resident service. You will support marketing activities, respond to new leads within 24 hours, and contribute to retention programs while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Resolve resident concerns and support retention programs.
