Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, qualify applicants, and guide them through the sign‑up process.

Regular onsite presence and strong customer service are essential. Responsibilities include maintaining leasing data, executing marketing plans, and resolving resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software usage.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and tour the property to prospective residents.
• Sign leases and complete all leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Close sales by generating leads, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
