Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. The role requires onsite attendance and the ability to show, lease, tour, and sign leases while maintaining strong lead follow-up and marketing activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing paperwork before move-in; complete all related admin tasks.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Manage customer service and resident relations to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in marketing outreach and market analysis to inform plans.
