Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident-relations activities for a property. The role involves showing units, processing applications, signing leases, and maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include daily onsite presence, lead generation, market surveys, and coordination with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of on-site software functions and basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing functions to close sales, including appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
