Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Maintain leasing paperwork and model units; conduct tours.
• Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours; maintain traffic data.
• Support marketing plans to increase property traffic and leasing goals.
• Address resident concerns and assist in retention programs.
