Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. The role requires regular on-site presence, the ability to show units, qualify prospects, tour communities, and sign leases.

You will handle lease paperwork, assist with audits and turn processes, maintain lead responses within 24 hours, and support marketing plans to hit leasing goals while delivering strong customer service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate on-site software; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize established sales/marketing strategies to increase property traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs.
