Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, with duties including showing, leasing, tours, and signing leases.

The role involves closing sales, preparing leasing paperwork, and supporting resident retention through marketing initiatives and data maintenance. Salary ranges from $17 to $20 per hour with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turnover.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing plan outreach and market surveys to generate ideas.
