Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance, showings, tours, leases, and lead follow-up are key responsibilities.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. This position emphasizes customer service, resident satisfaction, and collaboration with the team to achieve leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Maintain leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits, tours, and the turn process.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Provide excellent customer service and support resident relations.
• Contribute to marketing and retention initiatives.
