Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and renewal processes. You will engage with prospective residents and current tenants to maximize occupancy and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding tours, coordinating move-in/out scheduling with maintenance, and maintaining accurate lease records. A HS diploma and basic leasing experience are preferred, with opportunities for mentoring and professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with leasing or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi Voyager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
