Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

You will handle leasing documentation, tours, and move-in/out coordination, ensuring a high level of customer service and accurate record-keeping. Training on Fair Housing and safety policies is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity in the computer and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities to increase retention.
