You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy, ensure resident retention, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency with leasing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Generate weekly leasing reports and ensure daily open/close procedures.
