Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Everett, WA. The role focuses on coordinating rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while delivering excellent resident service.

You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, conduct tours, and handle renewal paperwork with accuracy and speed. Experience with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of prior sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and process move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity in the system.
• Conduct property tours and orient residents to the community.
• Process renewal paperwork and communicate with residents monthly.
