Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Seattle is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals while delivering exceptional resident service. You will engage with prospective residents, schedule tours, and process lease documentation to maximize occupancy and retention.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of sales or leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi Voyager, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience is preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience is preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, leases, and prepare lease documentation.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance and ensure move-in condition of apartments.
• Maintain confidential resident files and complete weekly leasing reports.
