Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Seattle to support onsite management and drive occupancy and rent growth. You will engage prospects with property tours, highlight amenities, and coordinate the leasing process to close deals.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of related experience. Travel between properties is possible; expect a professional office environment with competitive pay.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Tour property with prospects to generate interest and answer questions about amenities, local community, and grounds.
  • Highlight the quality of the community and the lifestyle of an apartment home to drive sales.
  • Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
  • Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
  • Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and support retention.
  • Coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals and office activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
