Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily leasing experience.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• NALP certification preferred or other relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team and manage the community’s marketing plan and leasing activity.
• Engage with prospective residents via lead management software, email, phone, appointments, and follow-up.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding applicants through application, tax credit and move-in steps.
• Explain leasing documents, community rules, policies, and move-in procedures to new residents.
• Administer lease agreements and addendums, renewals, and applicant screening with accuracy and compliance.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and update resident management software (Yardi).
• Maintain accurate resident files and perform routine file audits and inspections.
