Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain it before interacting with prospective residents.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering criteria and needs.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards per procedures.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications, credit checks, and rental history for approval.
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Handle rental payments and input information into Yardi.
