Job summary

LyvWell is seeking a Leasing Consultant to create a welcoming experience for prospects and residents. You will manage leads, schedule tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process to successful move‑ins at our Embree-area communities.

You will handle CRM tasks, maintain knowledge of community amenities, and stay energized on weekends. A customer-service mindset and strong communication are essential to drive occupancy and leasing growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years sales and customer service experience; leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents.
• Guide leasing from inquiry to move-in; schedule tours.
• Manage leads in CRM and handle follow-ups and paperwork.
• Encourage applications and maintain weekend availability.
