Baxter International is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant. The schedule is Monday through Friday 9:30 to 6:00pm with weekend rotations. Base pay is $15.00–$17.50/hour plus commissions on new leases and renewals.

You will market, sell and provide excellent customer service, focusing on resident retention to meet occupancy and revenue goals for the property, while establishing rapport and delivering a positive, professional experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales and customer service within a leasing or property management context.
• Ability to respond to online leads, conduct property tours and close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Create and maintain lasting customer service relationships with current and potential residents.
• Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours.
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to drive property traffic, conversion ratios and retention goals.
