The role emphasizes building rapport, delivering a positive customer experience, and maintaining product knowledge to close leases. Hours are Monday–Friday with a weekend rotation, requiring dependable availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or related training.
• Customer service and sales aptitude and/or experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours consistently including overtime when necessary.
• Communicate effectively to explain apartment home features and respond to questions.
• Proficient in use of internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related tasks.
