Job summary

Baxter International is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant. The schedule is Monday through Friday 9:30 to 6:00pm with weekend rotations. Base pay is $15.00–$17.50/hour plus commissions on new leases and renewals.

You will market, sell and provide excellent customer service, focusing on resident retention to meet occupancy and revenue goals for the property, while establishing rapport and delivering a positive, professional experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service within a leasing or property management context.
• Ability to respond to online leads, conduct property tours and close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

We have an immediate opening for a full‑time Leasing Consultant. Your work schedule will vary; Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 6:00pm and you’ll share a weekend rotational schedule with other employees. Our starting base pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour and is based on your work experience and skills. Opportunity for substantial commission payments on new leases and lease renewals.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for marketing, sales, customer service and resident retention strategies to achieve desired occupancy and revenue as it relates to the designated property. The Leasing Consultant is crucial to establishing rapport and lasting impression of the community and therefore must provide a positive and professional customer service experience.
