Job summary

Baron Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents. You will greet, qualify, and tour, maintain accurate inventory and pricing, and process applications and leases with a disciplined leasing process.

A strong knowledge of Fair Housing and local market conditions is essential for success. You will also manage deposits and rents, coordinate with maintenance and marketing teams, and participate in off-site outreach to drive qualified

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detail oriented with ability to manage a pipeline and SLAs.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliant practices.
Experience with property management/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospects; meet time-to-assist targets.
Lead tours and highlight apartment features for prospects.
Qualify needs, eligibility, and desirability through discovery and active listening.
Maintain current knowledge of unit specs, availability, pricing, and promotions.
Process applications and leases accurately and on time in compliance.
Collect and post deposits, fees, and rents with precision.
Coordinate marketing tasks with maintenance and vendors; drive outreach.
Document ROI from off-site marketing visits.
