Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage on-site marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for our properties. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare move-in packages, and ensure a smooth lease signing.

You will also develop offsite marketing efforts, analyze market trends, and coordinate lease renewals while maintaining daily operation standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience preferred in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service.
• Advanced skills include communication, presentation, and delivery.
• Proficiency with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, screenings, and move-in processing.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property and supports referral programs.
• Keeps informed about market trends and updates leasing and sales tools and processes.
• Handles lease enforcement, inspections, collections, and notices as outlined in the lease agreement.
• Responds promptly to resident inquiries and coordinates lease renewals and move-out processes.
