Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferred to manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct property tours and show apartments; process applications and screen credit/criminal background.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Assist with offsite marketing; drive traffic via referrals, employer outreach, social media.
