Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at one of our apartment communities in Florida. You will handle tours, applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages, ensuring a smooth move-in experience.

You'll design local marketing initiatives, respond to inquiries promptly, and collaborate with a team to maintain property appearance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service is preferred.
• Proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or One Site property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screenings, and lease paperwork.
• Design offsite marketing to drive traffic and manage referrals.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and show unit quality daily.
• Maintain reporting and administrative duties as needed.
