Qualifications

• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community.

• Leads all leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing to drive traffic to the property.
