Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute property marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and lease renewals, while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling lease packages, credit/background checks, and enforcing lease terms.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled and able to perform essential job functions unaccompanied.
• Office environment with occasional exposure to outside elements and weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours and show apartments, process applications, and prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Screen credit and criminal background checks and perform lease signing and move-in coordination; manage renewals and inspections as needed.
• Design and implement offsite marketing activities and drive traffic using internet tools, social media, and referral programs.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor conditions to sustain occupancy and sales results.
