Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.

The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, plus proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, social media, and marketing plans.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends that may impact occupancy and sales; stay informed of technology, leasing tools, and processes.
• Lease enforcement, including inspections, evictions, collections, and notifications; ensure timely renewal documents and occupancy strategies.
• Responds promptly to resident queries, ensures satisfaction, and handles inquiries for lease renewals and move-ins.
