• Proficiency with property management software and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare move-in documents.
• Lease renewal activities, follow-up with residents, and maintain occupancy goals.
• Market the property using offsite strategies, social media, and referrals.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and show-unit readiness, reporting issues promptly.
• Assist with rent collections, inspections, and issue resolution as needed.
