Greystar is seeking a Sales Consultant in Naperville to drive leasing and marketing efforts, guide prospects, and support renewal strategies for resident retention. The role emphasizes lead management, CRM utilization, and delivering exceptional service to residents and applicants.

You will collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinators, conduct property tours, process applications, and help ensure a smooth move-in experience while maintaining high show quality and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of sales/marketing/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; sell and explain apartment features.
• Proficiency with basic software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and property management/database tools.

Responsibilities

• Sales and leasing activities to meet revenue/occupancy goals; greet prospects, tours, applications, and lease signing.
• Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions.
• Support marketing plans, events, and outreach to drive traffic and referrals.
