Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies at our Naperville property. You will guide prospective residents through tours, manage applications, and support renewals with a strong emphasis on customer service and community engagement.

You will work with the lifestyle team to enhance resident experience, use the on-site management software, and contribute to achieving occupancy targets while adhering to Greystar standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues and complete records.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and answer questions.
• Strong sales skills, prospecting, presenting, qualifying, and closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, facilitate applications, and oversee move-in process.
• Maintain CRM records, track traffic, and analyze leasing data.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Coordinate lease renewals and follow up within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.
• Support events and outreach marketing to generate new leads and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver lease renewal packages and process renewal documents on time.
