Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for our communities in Chicago. You will drive occupancy and revenue by greeting prospects, showing apartments, screening applicants, and preparing leases, while ensuring move-in readiness and a high standard of service.

You will design marketing activities, manage show units, and support renewal programs, using on-site software to track data and performance.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy targets.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and conduct tours.
• Familiarity with resident screening and lease processing.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
