Avenue5 Residential is seeking a leasing consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure client satisfaction.

This role requires outstanding customer service, the ability to qualify prospects, and coordination with maintenance for move-in readiness. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Read, write, and converse in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
