The role requires strong sales skills, customer service focus, and comfort with property management software. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is typical.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing from tour to move-in and finalize documents.
• Highlight property features to match resident needs.
• Market property through online and outreach channels to drive traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention through follow-up with applicants and residents.
• Handle unpredictable situations with strong problem-solving and judgment.
• Maintain knowledge of property, competitors, and market.
• Build relationships with residents through timely, courteous service.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files and related records with attention to detail.
• Coordinate resident events with teammates.
• Assist in collection of delinquent rents.
• Daily property inspections for cleanliness and maintenance readiness.
• Maintain organized work area and office.
